Atmosphere Rooftop Lagos

My friend sent me couple of pictures of the Atmosphere Rooftop Lagos and I also noticed it when Sharon Ooja did the Ndani question and answer thingy there. Well, I decided to go to the Atmosphere Rooftop Lagos because of the aesthetics.

The Atmosphere Rooftop Lagos is a contemporary restaurant, rooftop lounge and event space located at Lennox Mall, admiralty way, Lekki phase 1. The restaurant is new, it embodies modern style with a millennial character that just makes you want to chill and have a good time.

If you have not seen one of these pictures on Instagram, who are you following? (actually kidding). Atmosphere Rooftop Lagos is not a difficult place to find, it’s located in a mall, there is parking space.

When it comes to aesthetics, Atmosphere rooftop Lagos got it right and there are a lot of Instagramable places to get those killer shots. The green decor gives it this earthly/warmly feel but also still trendy. There is the bar area, an indoor space and other private spaces you can host events. They are all aesthetically pleasing.

We stayed outdoors at first to get the pictures because it was still bright, then along the line we were told we had to place our order before we could take pictures, which is fair enough. I would say that their customer service is still a work in progress because while I would have said they were neither bad or awesome, a lady walked up to us (during our meal) and asked about our experience, apologized for any shortcomings, definitely a work in progress.

The food at Atmosphere Rooftop Lagos

I had the Fennel seed rice ( ₦1,000) , my friends had Special fried rice ( ₦1,000)and garlic butter roasted plantain ( ₦ 1,000). They both enjoyed their meal, we split the chicken wings which was tasty, my favourite chicken wings ( ₦3,000) yet is still from here.

I picked the Fennel seed rice just to try something different, I did not even know what it was. For someone that loves spice, the rice was bland. It looked aesthetically pleasing but my taste buds did not agree. If that is your thing, you can totally try it.

We bought a pitcher of pineapple juice that went for (₦1,500). Our food was below 10k, our goal is usually to find ways to save cost but still enjoy which I totally love.

Atmosphere Rooftop Lagos is somewhere you should totally go, let your hair down and romance your mouth with something tasty.

Overall, I had a good experience at Atmosphere Lagos sans the people who started making a fuss about some BBNaija ex housemates that walked in after we had started eating. There’s a lot of buzz around the place now, it’s totally normal to spot one or two of your favourite celebrities there.

Would I go back to Atmosphere Lagos?

Definitely, I plan to be more exploratory with my choice of food and hope to keep trying something new or different when I visit somewhere new. (but the thought of wasting money on something I might not enjoy is scary but I’ll try)
